Provide technical assistant and support to Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd (IBD)’s channel, system integration and distributor;
Provide hi-touch technical assistant, support to Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd (IBD) Key/VIP clients and close support collaborate with channel/system integration to service the account(s)/client(s);
Develop Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd (IBD) channel partner/system integration/distributor support skill by managing and conducting Post Sales technical training/workshop regularly;
Close collaborate with Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd (IBD) 2nd Level (IBD TAC) support to address partner(s) and end customer support requests;
Provide necessary Inter-department/cross department POC, offer regional support service when necessary;
Collaborate with Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd’s Beijing RnD team to conduct new product feature and POC tests, help to release to the global market.
Collaborate with Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd strategic business partner(s) [enterprise network software solution] to conduct POC. Provide technical support to partners and end customers to promote jointly developed products solutions
Requirements
At least 5 years technical experience on sales support, maintain of enterprise network products (any of ) main stream vendors : Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba, Ruckus, Hauwei Enterprise, Juniper Networks and working in system integration or value-add distributor;
Able to speak and write Bahasa Malaysia fluently, can speak English or Mandarin is a plus;
Technical skill on Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN, Network Orchestration/Integration are a must and additional skill on enterprise network software and server virtualization are added advantages;
Certified professional with (any of) : CCNP/CCIE [Cisco Systems], ASE/Master ASE [HP Enterprise], Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), HCNP/HCIE [Hauwei Enterprise], JNCIP/JNCIE [Juniper Networks];
Have good interpersonal skill and able to communicate in all level.
Work with Sales / Business development teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections and convert prospects to customers.
Work closely with the product management team to demonstrate and prototype integrations within customer environment.
Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight value proposition through whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstration, proof of concept management and RFP response documents.
Work independently with prospects / customers technical teams on technical scoping. During the process of scoping, you may be involved in complex workflow analysis and in-depth examination of the interaction between company and customers requirement.
Provide technical mentorship and training for new hires and peers.
Requirements
Candidate must have exposure of working in presales role for Wireless routing and switching product.
Candidate should have sound knowledge of working in Networking, Routing, Switching and wireless domain.
Candidates who have worked in channel and in Education and Govt. Vertical will be preferred.
